Subscription Terms
By enrolling in a Smileys Infusions subscription, you authorize recurring charges according to the frequency and product selection chosen at checkout. Subscription pricing, billing dates, and shipment frequency are disclosed prior to purchase. By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically for each recurring shipment unless you cancel prior to billing.
Final Sale & Billing
All subscription orders are final once processed. Because subscription products are consumable and prepared for shipment on a recurring schedule, subscription charges are non-refundable once an order has been processed.
Changes, Skips & Cancellations
Subscription changes—including skips, pauses, or cancellations—must be made before the next billing date shown in your account. Changes submitted after billing has occurred will apply to future orders only.
Shipping & Delivery
Subscription shipments follow the same shipping terms as one-time purchases. Once a subscription order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. Once marked delivered, we are not responsible for loss or theft.
Damaged or Incorrect Subscription Orders
If a subscription order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery at cheers@drinksmileys.com with your order number and photos. After review, we may replace or refund the affected item(s) at our discretion. All incorrect orders resulting from our error will be replaced at no additional cost.
