All Sales Final
Due to the perishable nature of our consumable products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders are final once processed and are not eligible for returns or refunds. By enrolling, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically for each recurring shipment unless you cancel prior to billing.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
All orders are inspected prior to shipment. Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at cheers@drinksmileys.com and include:

Clear photos of the package and affected item(s)
After review, we may, at our discretion, replace or refund the affected item(s). Requests submitted outside the 48-hour window may not be eligible. Replacement or refund applies only to the affected item(s), not the full order. All incorrect orders resulting from our error will be replaced at no additional cost.
Shipping Responsibility & Delivery Issues
Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier.
Once a package is marked delivered, we are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage occurring after delivery.
