We ship to eligible U.S. addresses only. Certain products may not be available for shipment to specific states, counties, or municipalities due to evolving regulations. Orders that cannot be fulfilled due to shipping restrictions will be canceled and refunded.

Tracking & Packaging

Tracking information will be provided through the commerce platform used to process your order once it ships. All orders are sent in discreet packaging.

Delivery Requirements

Once an order has shipped, responsibility transfers to the carrier. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and secure. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Delivered Packages

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, we’re unable to offer refunds or replacements for items that are lost or stolen after delivery. If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We’re always happy to provide any information needed to support that process.
